America’s First Responders Foundation

This program allows the general public to participate as a support group to our Nation’s First Responders. Membership in the AFR Foundation’s "Friends of First Responders" is in three categories. Category one is an Individual Membership where the general public can provide support for our Nation’s First Responders. An annual membership consists of a contribution of $20.00 to the AFR Foundation. Each member of the "Friends of First Responders" will receive a membership package for each year of membership. The first year package will consist of a certificate of appreciation to the holder for their support to America’s First Responders, a vehicle window sticker to proudly display their support and a Quick Response Pocket Card template to carry and be available during an emergency.

The second category of the AFR Foundation’s "Friends of First Responders" membership is the family membership. Families who make a contribution of $50.00 or more to the America’s First Responders Foundation will receive an annual membership package, for each year of membership. The first year package will consist of a certificate of appreciation recognizing the family as a supporter of our Nation’s First Responders, a window sticker to proudly display their support of our First Responders, a Quick Response pocket card template for each immediate family member to carry and be available during an emergency, and a Home Safety and Response template to assist in recording important information for quick access in case of an emergency.

The third part of the AFR Foundation’s "Friends of First Responders" program is the Corporate Membership. This option allows for interested Corporations, Businesses, or Groups of Employees or Associations to support our Nation’s First Responders through a corporate contribution of $100.00 or more to the America’s First Responders Foundation. Members in this group will receive an annual membership package for each year of membership. The first year package includes a certificate wall plaque to proudly display at the work place in support of our Nation’s First Responders, 5 Friends of First Responders window stickers, 5 Quick Response pocket card templates to be available during an emergency, and a Quick Response Poster template to assist in recording important information for quick workplace access in case of an emergency.

The AFR Foundation membership program is intended to provide an opportunity for the general public to show support for our Nation’s First Responders by joining the "Friends of First Responders." Membership in the "Friends of First Responders" does not imply or allow any administrative oversight in the executive administration, operations and ongoing planning of The America’s First Responders Foundation Inc.

To join please send a check for $20.00, $50, or $100, based on the type of membership you desire, payable to AFRF.  Mail the check to P.O.
