The America's First Responders Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established for the purpose of providing information, training, coordination, technical support, needs and capability assessments, and research and development to America's first responder agencies and communities. Prospective recipient agencies and organizations include federal, state and local military departments; law enforcement agencies; fire and rescue departments; health departments; hospitals/emergency departments, other medical agencies; public works and transportation departments; local school systems; private businesses; general public; and other organizations, individuals or groups who may respond to an emergency or disaster.
